Opened in 1998, Oslo OSL has become the second-busiest Nordic airport with over 17 million passengers per year. It also boasts the largest duty-free shop in Europe.

Oslo airport is located 48 km north of Oslo and is connected to the city by a high speed rail system.

Transportation and Parking

By Rail

The Airport Express Train (Flytoget) offers ticketless travel between the airport and Oslo with any major credit card.

NSB regional and local trains all run through Oslo airport, offering easy access to Skien, Oslo, Lillehammer, and Trondheim.

By Bus

The SAS Airport Bus departs every 20 minutes with several stops on its way to Oslo city centre. The trip lasts about 40 minutes and runs from 4.05 to 21.40, with special arrangements for later flights.

Oslo OSL is about 50 km away from the city of Oslo. Follow 35 to E6 into the city.

Taxis are located directly outside the main entrance of the terminal, and you can usually pay by credit card.
