Transportation and Parking

By Rail

The Stansted Express is the fastest way to and from Stansted Airport. Trains depart every 15 or 30 minutes and run from early morning to midnight every day with an average journey time of approximately 45 minutes. The train station is directly under the airport terminal, only 2 minutes from the departures lounge. Tickets for the Stansted Express are available on Iceland Express flights.

By Bus

National Express Airport operates over 120 daily services to East, North, and Central London, with coaches departing every 10-15 minutes.

A bus runs between Stansted Airport and Victoria Station every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day, with a number of stops in London. The journey time is approximately 1 hour 40 minutes. The bus station is directly under the airport terminal.

Also, if you have a connecting flight at Heathrow, Gatwick, or Luton, the National Express offers a service that links Stansted with the other London airports.

London Stansted is only 24 kilometres from London’s orbital motorway – the M25 – which also serves Heathrow and Gatwick airports. It is adjacent to Junction 8a on the M11 and new slip roads give easy, direct access from London south.
