Do use this page if you have already made a booking and have a specific issue that is not addressed elsewhere on this website.
First we send you an automatic reply confirming that we have received your message and suggesting some possible answers to your question. (If you don't get this automatic reply, you may have inadvertantly sent us an incorrect email address.)
Within 24 hours, someone from our Help Centre will read your message. If he or she determines that your comments call for an answer, you will get one. However, at least 72 hours may pass from the time you send your message until you get a reply.
