It happens very rarely of our flights that baggage is lost or damaged, but when it does, we're very sorry and we'll do our best to help. Use this form to contact us for information.

Did you forget something onboard the aircraft? Please note that this page is only for checked-in baggage, not hand baggage that you have left on the aircraft. All items left on the aircraft are sent to the lost and found department of the police at Keflavík International Airport.
